NEWBIE Needs help to get started on Web Services....

Hi All

I have a TOMAT 5.5, MySQL on Windows XP....I have been learning JSF and now I want to start on Web Services.... I have experience with Web Services in .NET environment.....

Now what do I need to get started on Web Services in Java.....

Could someone point me to a resource which clearly explains what all I would require to download and install to start on the project......
