Reverse Engineering Process of Java Code in Rational Rose

I want to know all the steps in very detail to reverse engineer the java code in rational rose. I have very little idea about Rational rose, class path etc. I have one very big folder of code and I want to reverse engineer this complete folder. so please explain indetail that class path of which files should be include and how?
