BEA Weblogic Portal Question

I am trying to decide if Portal can do the following?

Create a portal site that will act as a template. I want to create several pages that have certain portlets. After that, I want the user to be able to come in and basically create instances of the portal where only the content changes ... all the layout and functionality will be the same (due to the template).

Is this asking to much from the BEA Weblogic portal?
