cronic error, making me frustrated...

The only thing to suggest is to step up to a newer JDK. You're running one that is a couple revisions old. That does not mean that it will fix the problem but it might as 1.5 has matured pretty quickly from what I've seen.

You appear to running 5.0 update 2. I'd suggest downloading update 4 and seeing if the problem persists. If it does, and it sounds like you can duplicate the crash easily, then submit a bug which details how to duplicate - include the hs_err_<pid>.log file which will be generated at the time of the crash.
