Change J2EE project encoding

Hi ,

I'm working under WSAD 5.1.2 ,i realized a j2ee project with the default Cp 1252 encoding , but i faced a problem that force me to change to UTF -8 encoding.

The problem is when i change to UTF-8 encoding all source file became invalid and cannot be opened.

If any one has an idea about how to migrate a J2EE project from one encoding to another

i'll be very gratefull.
