new to j2ee

hello everybody, i am completely new to j2ee. though i have hands-on-experience in java and java applets. i have also learned little bit of servlets. but now i want to learn j2ee. i want to know from where sud i start? all i know right now that j2ee comprises of a no of technologies such as JMS, EJB, servlets, jsp etc. i want to develop a project on j2ee. what will be the s/w requirements for that.
