about web-inf\lib

I copy all jar files from %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\jars and put in the "WEB-INF\lib" directory of my web application but WSAD still don'know Crystal Report Classes.What should I do to fix this problem?
After copying it need restart the web server if you don't use some tool to reload your application. If it still doesn't work, you must check if it has some conflict in shared/lib and common/lib and read the log file
