Chinese Font in Linux

I am able to display the fonts in windows successfully. Chinese fonts are installed in linux as I am able to view chinese pages in mozilla. But I am not able to display unicode characters on JWindow or JLabel in Linux. What are the chinese charsets that can be used. Also I feel that the font MingLiu I am using in windows is not there in Linux. Which are the chinese fonts in Linux. I have the ttf files gbsn001p.ttf, zysong.ttf in my linux system. Is that the font name?
