Installation problem

Allright, i having an installation problem, when i finished download JDK 1.4.2(J2SE SDK 1.4.2 CURRENT VERSION [j2sdk-1_4_2_04-nb-3_6-bin-windows] ), I've failed to install, i don't know what's the problem, but there was a message appeared, that's -> CreateProcess failed -> %1 is not a valid win32 application.
