SAML & C#

hi, this is just a broad yes/no question.

Is it possible to write a SAML assertion between:

* Sun One Identity Manager (Java based)

AND

* a Microsoft application (with a C# interface/api)

I ask because Sun adheres to Liberty standards and MSFT adheres to WS-*
