struts classes, jar file

Can somebody tell me how and where from to download struts (or thoer jakarta products) jars?

I needed their common collections jar, but could not find on http://jakarta.apache.org/site/binindex.cgi#commons-collections

They have source codes, documents everything for download but jars !

Please help.
