HTTP Status 404 - The requested resource is not available

My Tomcat is running good when i am runnning ashttp://localhost:8080

but my first webapplication is not running but producing an error as "HTTP Status 404 - /biplab/hello.jsp and The requested resource (/biplab/hello.jsp) is not available" what can i do ?

biplab is my webapplication folder.

hello.jsp is my jsp file.

Plz help me ....
