By the way, everyone can define a own set of extensions. You can even use *.php or *.asp in a JavaEE container and let the JspServlet parse it.

Hmm.. that's what flashed in my mind when I saw something with .jspa extension in the URL of the forum.sun.com/,,,......../,,,,,,.../,,...jspa.

Hey no more confusions/ kidding man. Is it really asscoiated with http://jakarta.apache.org/site/jspa-position.html ? It shows the latest posted date of 2002 which is even before struts framework. Is the information provided really credible?

Apache JSPA is not an extension, it's a specification.

The topicstarter was asking for the meaning of the jspa extension, the same extension as this forum is using. I have given a link to the website of the forum manufacturer where the jspa extension is explained.
