hello Tutorial Questions

I'm trying to produce the hello tutorial as documented here:

In NetBeans 6.0 M10, the editor finds the annotation classes just fine, but what do I need to do to process them when I build.

In NetBeans 5.5.1, the editor does not find the annotation classes. Any way around this.

If I start with your hello example project (is this what you recommend, rather than starting from scratch, there's a reference problem as the project's looking for SWDP-rest. I have installed the Sun Web Developer Pack R2 from the NetBeans 5.1.1 Update Center, but I don't have this library.
