Help with SSL certificates in Sun Java System Aplication Server

Hi! I have a big problem. I can't change the SSL certificate in my server. The default SSL is the s1as that is build in the instalation but i can't change it to the new SSL. What happens, i use the keytool commando to add my new SSL and it added but i can't used it. Please somebody help me!!!
