Sun Java System Ver 7 Connector for Outlook.ERROR

Hi,

I'm having a few problems with the above software when syncing between Sun and Oulook 2003 (fully patched).

The error message occurs on start up and forces me to restart Outlook and the crashes again (basically in a loop).

The error is:

'Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconveniance"

The only way I've found to fix this problem is to disable the address book in control panel (mail).Then export and import the address book again.

PCs are running Windows XP sp2 (fully patched)

Outlook 2003 (fully patched)

This has ocurred on about 5 machines

Anybody got a any ideas ?
