Samba help?

Ok, I'm a new admin. I just rebuilt the home directory server, it works, however, no one can map to their home directory from their windows XP machines. I'm completely lost. I'm running Solaris 10 11/06 with samba 3.0.21b.

can anyone guide me/save me from the problem? Please
