Service level agreement (SLA)

Management has decided to create an SLA (service level agreement) for the IT department. They have given me until the end of the day to provide input (about 3 hours - my time).

Where can I get some info or samples of SLA's for supporting Sun servers, Sun storage and Solaris?

You are right. The Sun service description is not quite what I'm looking for but it did remind me of something that I had forgotten about SLAs (high level, simple - not many details).
