Cobalt Qube 3 - Protocol 47 (PPTP/VPN)

Hi all,

We've just set up a Microsoft VPN internally on Windows 2003 SBS, and we need to allow access using the firewall.

I have gone into the Port Forwarding page and set them to the correct path, and also I have gone into the Adaptive Firewall Utility, and enabled the PPTP and also set the custom protocols for Ports 1723 and 1701 but I am still getting no response externally.

Computers not joined to the domain can internally connect to the VPN successfully, so its a matter of setting up the Firewall properly.

I have seen many places that mention GRE or Protocol 47, but there is nothing that I can see to enable this, or is this a functionality thats always enabled?

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
