Launching SunPlex in browser wants to download BIN file

I've had this problem on several other Sun based browser products. Sun Managment Console does the same thing to me. Basically I've installed the cluster portion of the Java Enterprise Suite. I try to launch the admin console using.

http://mynode:6789

and the browser wants to download a BIN file. This happens on all platforms and all browsers. I've disabled the proxy as stated in the documentation. How do I get around this?

I've also tried. http://mynode:6789/cgi-bin/index.html?menu=basic

with the same results. This is a brand new installation of Solaris 10 11/06 with a brand new installation of the cluster product.
