E450 won't power up

Hello all! I am new here and also fairly new to SUN hardware. I have an E450 that I am playing with, but I can't get it to power up. I have a sun keyboard and mouse hooked up along with a sun monitor. When I flip the power supply botton on the back to on there are some green lights that light up. I use the key on the front and no matter what position I turn it to, It won't bootup and I have no LED lights or any indication of power on the front. Does anyone have any suggestions for things I can try to make it work?
