Kernel Error

Since today morning I have been facing one error on the console of Sun Fire v890 server which is related to Kernel.

Below you find the errror messages:

Jul 12 12:38:13 nus620 unix: /platform/sun4u/kernel/misc/sparcv9/sbd: undefined symbol 'plat_max_cmp_units_per_board'

Jul 12 12:38:13 nus620 unix: WARNING: mod_load: cannot load module 'sbd'

How do clean the error messages?

Use your service contract login account to Sunsolve

and search, using keywords "cannot load sbd"

You don't have a kernel issue.

You have an issue of not applying patches.

See SRDB 77717.

Alternatively, you can use your warranty or service contract and open a support case.

Then you can get a full explanation from a Sun support engineer.
