SC 3.2 & Oracle

Hi all:

2 nodes and 7-30 databases. Start in 7 databases and grow to 30. So I guess I need 7-30 resource group, 1 per database.

This 7-30 are spread in both nodes. If 1 node fails, databases switch to the other node.

Which is overhead of switching 10 oracles resource groups, for instance? Could it cause any resource group fail due to time out because oracles are fighting for starting?

I don't expect too much load in very database. How much memory could I need for start and running 10 oracles in one node and maybe 1 datawarehouse? 16 Gb will be enogh for my 30 resource group limit in only one node? will my swap dead? :-)
