Adding New Disk to SUN V445 Running Solaris 10

Hello, We just received 2 new SUN V445's each containing 2 73GB drives. We also purchased an additional 6 drives for each unit to load them up to max. We have unboxed and loaded the drives in one unit and it seems to see the additional drives ok, however, I am stuck at getting them to be usable. Am new to SUN and Solaris and need assistance.
