Cannot run JRE

Help!!! I have been playing on pogo.com without problem for months now and all the sudden I am receiving the error stating The Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded." Another error box pops up after I close the internet browser, but I don't know what it says. I have completely uninstalled the java and reinstalled the whole package from this website and it worked for a few days and now it's not working again. How do I fix this once and for all?
