password for amadmin in windows portal 7.1 update1

hello i just installed portal server 7.1 on a windows server.

now i'm trying to log into the portal server using the pconsole

i found out to use amadmin but i'm unable to find out which password is used by amadmin

How does one log into the portal server and how does one change the password?

Hi,

the default password *should* be the same as the default login for the Access Manager Console, so it is documented to be "password". (prob. try amAdmin instead of amadmin).

BUT: see the last few posts: everyone seems to have the same problem and noone can tell a solution, to be able to log in :-( .
