Reading a Encrypted File

Dear Everyone, Anyone, Someone

I have a files with extension .fs5 along with IDX files, The fs5 files and IDX files are Linked to one another as they both have same name. I want to read the fs5 file which is encoded some how. I tried using all textpad and such other tools along with their properties but to no help.

CAN aNYONE HELP ME ON THIS.

I did a search and files with a FS5 extension appear to be Microsoft Flight Simulator Scenery files. I got that from this site:

http://filext.com/file-extension/FS5

There may be tools (free or not) you can use to decode what's in the file. I did a quick search but didn't find anything. That doesn't mean they aren't available.
