I have upgraded my diectory server from 5.2 to 6.1. and now trying to use new delegated administrator. everything looks fine but i can not see my old groups/list in new DA. I can do ldapsearch and these list there in ldap. how can i make these groups available in DA?

Sounds like you are hitting some kind of ACI issue which will require more expertise then I can offer on the subject.
I can suggest that you look at the searches being performed by delegated administrator in the LDAP access logs and see if you can work out why there aren't as many groups being returned as there should be - for example consider whether the bind user used by delegated administrator has sufficient rights and try running the search performed by delegated administrator as directory manager and see if that makes any difference.
