Hi,

From the log entry it appears that the email is trying to be delivered to the users 'X-Whitelist: TRUE" folder. Get the user to log into their account via UWC or messenger express and see if there is a folder called "X-Whitelist: TRUE" -> that's where the email should be.

As to why this is happening chances are you have a brightmail rule which has an action such as fileinto: "verdict" and the verdict being returned is "X-Whitelist: TRUE" as opposed to the normal spam/spambox/inbox or whatever.

Shane.

Hi,

I can think of two ways:

1. Configure brightmail to not send a X-Whitelist: TRUE verdict - contact your brightmail support for assistance on this

OR

2. Modify messaging servers handling of the verdict, I suggest you read up on how brightmail works, verdicts and sieve filter handling of verdicts, starting with :

http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/819-5195/6n79vh562

Shane.
