Welcome to our friendly forum here. A couple things to learn before posting again:
1) Don't mark your post as urgent. It implies that you are more important than everyone else posting here and hence pisses a lot of folks off. In short, you are not more important and your urgency is not ours, so please keep it to yourself. If you post a well thought out question, I have found that you will get prompt help.
2) Don't ask for advice by email. The purpose of this forum is to share questions and their answers with all who come here. That way all of us get to benefit from your question. By asking for an email solution, you are saying in effect that only you are important enough to see any solutions.
Finally, your best bet to answer your question is to do Google searches.
Here's hoping to see you again and with better thought out questions.

Then you are going to need to hire someone to do this for you. It is not a simple task and you will not be able to do it on your own.
This is not a site for hiring people. You should try another site like http://www.rentacoder.com/
what kind of phD requirements would want you to port C++ to java if you werent already in teh Computer Science field? =\
Thats like saying.. ok im getting my PhD in mathematics and in order to so, Im do heart surgery on a patient..

No. He could have a program written in Java, let's say for statistics or genetics or something. Then he has another program in C++ that has functionality that he needs.
Computer simulations and tools are used in many, many fields. So I don't think it's an odd request that way. It is just that this is not the right place for the OP to get the help he needs.
