I have completed "Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP)" recently. I would like to do "Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJD)" now. How difficult is this? Please give me some suggestions. Thanks.

SCJD can be hard, it can be very easy.
All depends on your familiarity with the technologies you're going to have to use, as well as your experience designing and building applications that go beyond what's typically given as homework assignments in schools.
How hard it will be for you is something noone can answer except maybe you yourself.
