JRE Font Size Variance

I have a couple of users who, when the run my applets or applications, the font size is much smaller than everyone else. The code is not doing anything with the font and it effects everything - buttons, menus, text fields, etc. All machines (both nornal and small font) are running WinXP.

I assume this is something to do with the font their JRE is using as opposed to everyone else's but I can't find anything in the Java Control Panel to check/change this.

Anyone have a pointer where I can look?
