populating contents in the same div

Hi All,

I am havin set my page with div tags.

The problem is if I click on any of the hrefs in that contents of the div l,I needto show the contents of other url but in the same div.

Could you plz lemme know how could I do this....sorry if i am posting this topic in java prg forum.
