How do I install the Eclipse Visual GUI designer tool?

I know this sounds like such a noob question but I've never done it before.

Can anybody help me?

Are there clear directions on how to do this somewhere?

I'm pretty sure there's an update site for that on eclipse.org. Depending on how old your Eclipse is, you may even already have that update site defined
