devolpe a windows based test

hi this is keerthi.I want to devolpe a windows based test with contains of multiple choice questions,and finally we should provide the final results.Can any one help me on this.I want to do the entire project on JAVA.So that can any one please help me out to solve this.I need the basic idea.

You already have the basic idea, which is to write some Java code.

Do you have a design yet? If not, that should be your first step.
