haha, well it's kind of a large topic, and your question is pretty broad. what are you trying to do exactly? on what device? are you using MMAPI to stream or a custom j2me rtsp library? do you have to write your own rtsp implementation? what kind of video? mp4/h.263? what kind of audio? aac/amr/mpeg? Do you have control of the streaming server to try things on? Do you have a server at all? What OS is it?
there some questions that would help me help you get started on this

hi pandora_foo.
im given an IP axis camera and need to stream the video on a browser(JSP). from there, able to record and save and plaback video on server.
then. i can then stream the video from server to mobile phone.
video would probably be either mp4 or 3gp. im not sure of audio as long as can listen on video.
i dun have a streaming server. any recomendations or best if its free. n im not sure about the using MMAPI or custom j2me rtsp library. im given the choice to do anything as long as its simple and easy.
my os is windows.
thanks pandora. you can contact me through email also.
