What Special Characters are used in cldc midp

Could someone point me in the direction of a chart that has the midp charecter set.

\351 = whatever whatever.. ..

\402 = whatever whatever....

I am stuck and a pissed that they didnt include something in the documentation.

That's because there is no such thing..

by special characters I mean french letters german letters etc. When you are display a string in english and then for example e with the acute symbol etc. AND yes there are extended characters.
