can't install the wtk

i can't install the wtk

after 2 second i get an error massage:SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp

i try to get some thing in google for soulotion but it's not help

please help me

Hi,

You should have installed a JDK like jdk-1_5_0_06 into your PC before you can setup WTK.
