API compatibility

Hello everybody!!!

I am trying to send an SMS from my J2ME device!! I know I know, there are already a thousand messages about that in another post but I have another problem.

My problem is that I want to be able to add libraries such as theWireless Messaging API to mySIEMENS IMP-NG TC65 R2 Module Platform. I was able to get it into the package but when I ran the midlet I gotclasspath not found.

Now I don't know if I have a problem with the compatibility. How can I be sure that my Siemens module is compatible with the Wireless Messaging API.

Or is it strictly a build problem?

and when you are creating a new project or after it in your IDE you must be able to set the optional classes you want to use, some where.
