Mail Server

Hi Iam Shishir ,

I need to develop an application that sends emails to various email addresses.

Is it necessary to install a SMTP mail srever?

If so please tell me, where i can get it?

I f it is not necessary to install the mail server, then please tell me how to achieve the same objective ?

I am new to this concept please help...

You need a mail server. Either yours or someone else's.Please read the JavaMail FAQ.
