How to create AccountId in IDM using dynamic format

Hi ......

i want to create the accounts in different formates depending on availability in IDM

Ex :fname.lname, fname_lname , lname.fname, lname_fname..................

am able create the accountIds using flat file attribute but i want the accountIds dynaminc formate depending on availability.

i tried by mapping rule instead of attribute of flat file but accounts are not creating ........

Please give suggetions......
