AMConfig.properties - debug settings

I have set the debug settings in AMConfig.properties to

com.iplanet.services.debug.level=message

com.iplanet.services.debug.directory=C:/is61sdkwin32/debug

Depsite these settings, I am not getting any debug files produced

I am pretty new to Identity Server, so I may have missed something obvious. Any suggestinos much appreciated.

Quick checks:

1. Container has write permissions to that directory?

2. Try to mess around with \ instead of / in the path. Sun and Windows don't always get along well.
