Error starting Activesync:Source adapter management is initializing
Activesync is not starting and we are receiving an error "Error starting Activesync: Source adapter management is initializing"while starting the activesync
Please advice

Two things to try. First, restart the app server. If that doesn't work, go to the server tasks page, and delete the SARunner task associated with that resource. The SARunner task should re-appear, or re-appear when you tell active sync to start. To the best of my knowledge, those two things should clear up the issue.
