Automatic provisioning question

Hello,

I am a new user of IDM 7.1.

I have two resources: an ldap resource and a database table resource.

I would like to provision automatically the ldap resource when a user is creating in the database table resource.

I configure the attributes in the metaview with the source resource (Database Table) and the target resource (LDAP).

I configure also the synchronization and reconciliation policies.

But it do not work, when a user is created in the database table resource, it is created in IDM but not in the ldap resource!

I would like to know if that I do is the good way to provision automatically a resource or not?

And what can I do to provision automatically the LDAP resource?
