approvals in update process (IDM 7.1)

Hi!

In IDM 7.1 I need to give approvals when I have to deallocate a user from a resource, cause I think IDM 7.1 only give approvals when you assign a user to a resource.

Have I to make changes in Update User Workflow Code for enable approvals?
