Assigned Resources and Current Resource Accounts

What is the difference betweenAssigned Resources and Current Resource Accounts?

I have a user who has account on the resource. When I ran a Reconcile, it found the account and correlated the account with IdM identity. The user's accountId appears underCurrent Resource Accounts but NOT underAssigned Resources.

Assigned resources = resources that were assigned through IM

Current resource accounts = found user's account on the target resource
