launch workflow upon login to end-user-interface

Hi,

I want to launch a workflow I've written, whenever a user logs into

the end-user interface. I want the workflow to launch

automatically, I do not want the user to have to click a link

to launch the workflow.

Can anyone suggest how this could be done?
