dscc 6.1 on a separate host

I installed DSEE6.1 fron zip files on redhat

as recommended in the install guide, i am deploying directory proxy 4.1 dans directory server on one host. i performes a successull dsccsetup initialize

then i copied the war file in a new tomcat machine and the deployement is OK

i have a DSCC not initialized message even after permission check and tomcat restart

How to set parameters for DSCC to contact agents on remote machines?

DSCC War file has to be installed on the same machine as the one on which dsccsetup is run.

dsccsetup creates a local registry and DSCC can only talk to the registry if they are on the same host.

This machine can be different from the ones where DS instance and DPS instances are installed.

on the tmcat machine, is it enough to just copy the unziped dscc6 folder from the machine hosring directory server or should i install first with dsee_deploy? thanks ludo
