Sun download manager exception when downloading tomcat WSDP

Hi. I am trying to download tomcat WSDP to test some web services. It seems that the only option available is to use the Sun download manager. The download manager runs and says "Checking for updates", but after a long time a window comes back with this exception:

An error occurred while launching/running the application.

Title: Sun Download Manager 2.0 (web)

Vendor: Sun Microsystems, Inc.

Category: Download Error

Unable to load resource: http://javadl-esd.sun.com/update/sdm20/sdm20.jnlp

On the extended exceptions tab on the result window, there is a Connection times out exception.

How can I download a version of tomcat WSDP? The Sun download manager is just an obstacle at this point.

Thanks.

I neglected to mention that I was attempting to run SDM on Ubuntu Linux 7.04. I downloaded the file that I needed on a windows machine, and grabbed it from there. Definitely a pain, but I don't have time to mess with it right now.
