a couple of questions about websphere commerce
We are building a renting site for movies and have a couple of questions. The main functionality of this system is that a movies cost zero and we only have one of every movie. It is an internal site for our movie club. We are beginners at Web sphere, but quite experienced developers.
Can a products price be zero? So you can "purchase" it for free?
How does return work? If a customer returns an item can automatically be purchased by another customer or must an administrator authorize this return before it can be available on the shop again?
Our movie database is quite large, so we want to insert our old movies to the new Web sphere database by an sql script. Is this manageable?
If anyone can answer these questions it would be very helpful. Or should we go by a different approach to create this system?
